Who this suits

For tradies who want visibility without chasing

You don't need a daily update — you need a clear, honest summary at the end of the week. Our report tells you what was done, how many hours were used, what's still outstanding, and the handful of decisions only you can make.

What's included

  • Summary of work completed during the week.
  • Hours used against your agreed weekly allocation.
  • Outstanding items still to be actioned.
  • Decisions needed from you, clearly listed.

What you supply

To work effectively within your systems, we'll need agreed access and information.

  • Your preferred report format (email, doc or shared note)
  • The day you'd like the report each week
  • Any specific items you always want included

Illustrative example

A transport operator gets a Friday email: 6 hours used of 6, 14 enquiries handled, 5 quotes followed up, 3 invoices sent, and two decisions flagged — approve a revised quote, and confirm a phone follow-up on an overdue invoice.

What's included

  • Weekly summary of work completed
  • Hours used against agreed allocation
  • Outstanding items list
  • Decisions needed from the owner

Boundaries & exclusions

FAQs

Questions about reporting

Can I get reports more often than weekly?+
Weekly is the standard cadence. More frequent reporting can be discussed if it fits within your agreed hours.
Does the report include financial summaries?+
No. The report covers admin work done, hours used and decisions needed. It's not a financial or accounting summary.
How is the report delivered?+
In the format you prefer — typically an email or shared note. We agree this during onboarding.
