Services & scope
Are admin hours and website/AI setup the same thing?+
No. Admin support is human-delivered help billed in hourly or weekly packages. Website setup and AI configuration are quoted separately and are not included in admin hours.
Can I buy just a website, or just admin?+
Yes. Each division can be purchased independently or combined. You only pay for what you need.
Do you provide BAS, tax or accounting services?+
No. We provide invoice administration only — preparing and sending approved invoices and reminders. We don't provide BAS, tax, accounting or regulated advisory services.
Do you offer live reception or 24/7 support?+
No. We don't provide live reception, continuous telephone coverage or 24/7 human support. Admin work is delivered within your agreed weekly hours.
Do you claim integrations with ServiceM8, Xero, Tradify or Simpro?+
No. We work within a client's existing systems where we can, but we don't claim certifications, partnerships or automatic integrations with any specific software.
Pricing & GST
How much does admin support cost?+
Up to 4 booked hours per week is $70/hr; more than 4 and up to 10 hours is $65/hr; more than 10 hours is a custom quote. The lower rate applies to the agreed weekly package, not to occasional extra hours.
Are prices inclusive of GST?+
All prices are in AUD. GST status is to be confirmed before publication — we won't label prices inclusive or exclusive until that's settled.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
No lock-in contracts. We agree the scope and hours, and you can adjust or pause as your needs change.
Do you offer rollover hours or minimum commitments?+
We don't publish rollover rules, cancellation terms, minimum commitments or response-time guarantees. These are confirmed during onboarding.
How are website and AI services priced?+
Website Foundation, AI & Follow-Up Setup and Managed Systems are each quoted separately. We distinguish one-off implementation fees, recurring platform or management fees, usage charges, and additional projects.
AI & automation boundaries
Will the AI assistant quote jobs for me?+
No. It doesn't automatically quote technical trade jobs. It answers common questions from your approved information and escalates anything else to a human.
Is the AI assistant a voice receptionist?+
Not unless specifically scoped and tested. The standard setup is a website text assistant with human escalation.
Do you guarantee bookings or rankings?+
No. We don't promise guaranteed revenue, rankings, booked jobs or time savings. Systems help manage and convert enquiries — they don't automatically create demand.
Is ongoing SEO included?+
Basic on-page SEO is included in website setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising and social media management are separate unless expressly quoted.
Are SMS and email costs included?+
No. Usage charges for SMS, calls, email or AI are billed by the platform and are separate from implementation and management fees.
